The sky is a bit dark but it is utterly serene outside. The view I enjoy a few minutes’ walk from my place.
The music I wish I would have enjoyed in church this morning (sigh). A stunning recording of Tchaikovsky’s Merciful Peace from the Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom.
Absolutely beautiful. Have never heard this before, but have longed to hear similar music during a formal worship service. Upon listening to this, for some reason I was immediately taken back to a piece our Penn State Chapel choir once learned, entitled, “Magnum Mysterium.” Will post a YouTube clip of it on your FB page.
